Distributed on two floors, the villa is approximately 540 square meters big and is equipped to accommodate 8 guests + a baby very comfortably.
The ground floor has a large hall, living room with a variety of sofas TV and hifi, dining room with table and chairs for 8 people with direct access to the terrace, garden and pool, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary household appliances and accessories.
The pool area is surrounded with a very well-kept garden, 8 sunbeds and sun umbrella, a relaxation area and BBQ
On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the upper floor you will find a lounge area with sofa and TV plus 3 more double bedrooms, two of them with bathrooms ensuite, one of them with access to a private terrace overlooking the pool.
This magnificent villa has air conditioning throughout, WIFI internet connection and a cot and high chair for babies.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.32 € / kw (FIRST 250 €/WEEK FREE). Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
