The accommodation

Welcome to this fantastic apartment, for 4-6 people, with shared pool and located at only 400 meters from Playa de Gandía.The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a tasty breakfast in the open air in the morning or a delicious lunch or dinner under the rolling tarpaulin when the sun is hot. However, the best of all is a cosy shared pool. It is a chlorine pool that measures 15 x 7 m and has a depth of 1 to 1.8 m. Next to it there is also a children's pool - 3 x 3 m and 0.5 m depth -, as well as an exterior shower to rinse off the sand and the salt once you come back home from the beach, which is only 400 meters away.

Inside the apartment you have a large stay with A/C that unifies the living room with the dining room and the kitchen. It is perfect to prepare your star dishes, on the ceramic hob, while taking an appetiser, setting the table or even enjoying something interesting on TV. Right there you also have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Moreover, there are two bedrooms with wardrobe. One of them features a double bed, fan and space to allocate a cot and a high chair. The other one offers two single beds. Ultimately, a bathroom with shower completes this 1st floor flat with elevator.

Playa de Gandía is a total paradise because of its magnificent location, its good weather and its fantastic fine sand and cleaned waters beach. In the village you can make your daily purchases, eat at restaurants and good bars, and Sunday afternoons are for going to its traditional street market. Also if you like playing golf, the nearest course is Oliva Nova Golf at about 18 km.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The pool is open from 15th June until 15th September and its timetable is from 10 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm.
