The accommodation

Welcome to this wonderful apartment for 4 - 6 guests, located at only 300 meters from Playa de Gandía.The cosy terrace of this 1st floor apartment, with elevator, is ideal to have a delicious and energetic breakfast while contemplating the village, its day to day and the beach at the back. In fact, you just only need to have a short walk and enjoy an excellent beach day.

Inside the flat, there is a comfortable living-dining room that invites you to eat all together and have a rest while watching TV. From here, you gain access to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob. Moreover, there are also two bedrooms that features a wardrobe in each, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. For two more guests, we will prepare you the sofabed in the living room and, in case you have a baby, a cot and a high chair are available. Ultimately, the house is completed with a shower bathroom, washing machine, iron, ironing board and three fans.

The area of Playa de Gandía is a real marvel if you like beach, nature, culture as well as endless gastronomical, leisure services and much more. Its long promenade offers restaurants, cafés, etc. In addition to all this, we recommend you visiting Gandía centre, absolutely charm.

Note: This renting cannot accept clients under 30 years old, except when they travel with their parents. We need ID copies of each person in order to accept the booking.
