The accommodation

Modern villa on 1050m2 plot ten minutes away from the airport, 15 minutes from Playa de Palma.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite): - Bedroom 1: double bed - Bedroom 2: double bed - Bedroom 3: large double bed , living room with direct access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool and fully equipped kitchen. Parquet floor throughout the house.
The outdoor pool is salt water. It is built with a perfect magnetic orientation where they have avoided any lower barriers for easier mobility. It is ideal for those who love peace, but without sacrificing proximity to leisure and tourism.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'. The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.
