Beautiful detached villa for 6 people with lovely private swimming pool and gardens located in residencial street in Vera Playa, a short drive to beach and amenities.
This villa is built on 2 levels and has private parking for 2 cars inside the grounds.
Ground Floor
Covered entrance terrace will lead inside through main entrance door where you will find entrance hall, dining room and lounge overlooking back garden and pool and with air conditioning unit. At this level there is an ensuite bedroom with double bed ( 1.50m wide)
and ceiling fan and a full family bathroom.
There is a fully equipped separate kitchen with access to utiily room and rear garden area.
Internal staircase leads up the upple level.

There are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs. One bedroom with double bed ( 1.50m wide) and air co unit and the other with 2 single beds and air co unit.
