The accommodation

On the first floor there is a bright living room, a glazed terrace that can be used as a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk in shower (on of the en-suite) and a covered terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen. There is also another terrace that can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. You can access to the private pool from the terrace.

On the ground floor there is a small kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer, a satellite TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, the private pool and an outdoor barbecue. The garden is furnished and there are sun beds.

The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets and Wi-Fi.
The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 09:30 to 11:30.
An extra fee from 40€ to 60€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability).
A deposit of 400€ in cash will be charged in the check-in and it will be refunded in the check-out if everything is correct.

Setting

The villa is located near the beach. In 15 minutes you get to the nearest restaurants and shops. Moreover, the city centre, the beach and promenade are close.
