Villa San Remo is a charming and bright holiday home with a private heatable pool, located in the heart of Albufeira, within a short walking distance to all amenities, including golden sandy beaches. This villa stands out for its unbeatable location and is an excellent choice for families and friends looking to discover Albufeira.

This one level villa equipped with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds) and 3 bathrooms (2 are en-suite).

The kitchen provides all the equipment and appliances needed for home cooking, to be enjoyed in the bright and airy living / dining room or on the terrace overlooking the pool. There’s also a traditional Algarvian BBQ for grilling.

Out in the relaxing outdoor area you can enjoy sunbathing and delicious dips in the private heatable swimming pool (pool heating available as an optional extra), which will surely delight both children and adults.

This wonderful villa benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia dos Alemães is the closest) and shops, bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip (about a 10 minute walk) with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town (20 minute walk).

Car hire is not necessary with such an excellent location, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
