The accommodation

Villa Can Mateu is a spacious country house in a traditional Catalan style but with modern touches where you can enjoy the desired privacy and tranquility that holidays deserve. This is a beautiful recently renovated villa, located in a quiet area surrounded by forests and fields, where you can park your vehicle on the same property, without any problem. This farmhouse is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Sils and very close to Caldes de Malavella (Costa Brava). In these municipalities you will find shops, restaurants, spas, Gols camps (PGA Catalunya), bars as well as multiple activities to do as a family. The villa is located about 35 km from the beach of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Tossa de Mar or Platja D'Aro.

The interior of the villa, decorated in a rustic style with modern touches, consists of 2 floors; On the lower floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen with access to a large dining room with fireplace and a large capacity table. This large dining room has large windows overlooking the garden and direct access to an outdoor dining room. On this same floor, you will find a cozy living room with fireplace and direct access to another outdoor porch, 3 bathrooms, one of them equipped with handicapped people and 3 double bedrooms. On the upper floor you will find a comfortable and bright living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

The exterior of the Villa has views of the fields, this being a quiet area surrounded by greenery. On the sides of the house you will find 2 marvelous porches; one of them next to the kitchen, with a stone barbecue and large capacity table. On the other side, a porch with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the hot summer nights. In the garden of Villa Mateu, you will find another outdoor porch with a pin-pon, a large playground area with ball field, as well as the pool area, completely ballad for the protection of the little ones. This is an ideal house for large groups of families and friends who are looking for tranquility and enjoy the multiple leisure areas that the house can offer.
