DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT

This comfortable duplex apartment located in the beautiful residential area “Marina Golf” is the ideal place to spend a great holiday. “Marina Golf” is particularly well maintained and highly appreciated for its welcoming environment.

The duplex apartment has a surface area of 84m². The upper floor has a living room with a fully fitted American kitchen, equipped with electrical appliances and new cooking utensils. There is also a toilet on this floor. The living room opens out onto a large terrace with views over the pool and the gardens. The lower floor consists of two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom as well as a large terrace with direct access to the gardens and the pool.

The duplex apartment is air-conditioned, is suitable for people with reduced mobility and has a lift leading to both levels. A shaded parking area is available within the Residence.

THE ENVIRONMENT

"Marina Golf "is a relaxing residential area, a few meters away from the sandy "Rabdells" beach. Preserved from the crowd, this beach is family-friendly and offers a wide range of activities for both children and adults - water sports, scuba diving and boat rental, to name but a few. Several restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, bakeries and bookstores are nearby within the “Oliva Nova” and the “Eurocamping” beach resorts.

Dénia is at only a 15-minute drive. The city is known for all its amenities and its gastronomic offerings.

A few kilometres from the Residence is the Oliva village and its famous market, supermarkets and other facilities. The Golf Club (18 holes course) is 1km away, as well as the karting tracks. “El Orchard” drive-in cinema is at 5km and the town of Gandia at a distance of 8km.

From Oliva, it takes a 4-hour drive to reach Madrid. Valencia and Alicante, the closest international airports, are an hour away via the motorway.

To reach Oliva via the AP-7 motorway, simply take the exit 'Oliva'.
