The accommodation

Small and charming studio of 18 m2 with pool and garden, ideal to enjoy a few days on the beach for an economical price.
By having double entrance/exit to the building, you can access to the beach by Calle Bajondillo, being the beach about 100 meters and taking the exit by Calle las Mercedes, you can access to Calle San Miguel (Downtown) which is 200 meters from the building.
It´s recommended for only 2 people.
It is a studio with an equipped kitchen (doesn't have a separate room) and a double sofa bed (1.40 m).
Minimum stay: 6 nights.

Setting

By having double entrance/exit to the building, you can access to the beach by Calle Bajondillo, being the beach about 100 meters and taking the exit by Calle las Mercedes, you can access to Calle San Miguel (Downtown) which is 200 meters from the building.

The flat is surrounded by an interesting leisure area with restaurants, supermarkets, wide beaches, and Paseo Marítimo del Bajondillo. It’s close to Puerto Marina, Playamar and Los Alamos.

In the Downtown (Calle San Miguel and Nogalera) you can find some nightlife areas and shopping areas.

Commuter train stops and buses in the same Downtown.
