This modern apartment with terrace and balcony and spectacular views of the walled area of Capdepera welcomes 2 guests.This spectacular apartment, which occupies the second floor of a building without an elevator, offers a cheerful balcony with access from the dining room and a large terrace with awning and sun loungers on the upper floor from where you can admire the walled area and the Capdepera castle while you enjoy a vermouth.

The interior of this apartment modern and bright is the perfect place to rest after a day full of activities. The dining room with AC offers a TV with satellite channels and a table for 4 people. Then you find the kitchen that comes with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook during your vacation. The laundry area is on the upper terrace and it's equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment offers two bedrooms with AC where our guests can rest, one with a double bed and the other with a cot. The modern bathroom of the house has a shower.

Capdepera is undoubtedly a place full of charm, history and tradition. The views from the apartment are just a small sample of what you will find the closer you get to the historic centre. In addition, you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay in the town such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
