MAGNIFICENT MODERN VILLA IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 6 guests.

LAYOUT: The villa LA CALITA is a two-storey villa. From the main entrance, on the side of the villa, we have direct access to the spacious and bright space where the living room and kitchen are located. A comfortable and modern set of sofas and armchairs, a coffee table and a television are on our right. The dining table between the living room and kitchen space gives us a better organization for meals. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the modern appliances. It allows us to prepare all kind of dishes while we stay close to the other guests, to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere during our stay. At the background, passing the living room, we will have access to a corridor leading to two bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a room with the washing machine and the dryer. Going up the stairs, we will access to the top floor of the villa, where the double suite bedroom is located. It is equipped with two single beds, bathroom with shower, dressing room and television. This magnificent room has a terrace with sea views.

EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property, we will have access to a large area where the pool is located. The drop-shaped pool is also on our left. Several sun loungers around the pool, to enjoy the sun after a refreshing dip. A few steps later, we find the outdoor dining room consisting of a large table with six chairs to share meals in a pleasant environment. Modernism, peace and relaxation represent the main characteristics of the LA CALITA villa. Magnificent trees in the surroundings offer shade and freshness, nature is revealed through the ocean view from the terrace of the suite above. It has a space reserved for two vehicles outside the villa, next to the access to the villa.
