The accommodation

CHARMING VILLA IN BENITACHELL-CUMBRE DEL SOL (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL AND MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEWS. For a maximum of 10 people.

LAYOUT: The villa is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor we will find a covered terrace with a large table and chairs as well as a barbecue to share meals all together. At this level there is a living room and a very functional kitchen. We will also find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and the other one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. We access the upper floor by an outside staircase. On this level there is a terrace with a table and chairs, giving access to the inside of the villa. We will find a kitchen with high all kind of quality appliances and a lovely dining room. There are three more bedrooms on this floor: The first one with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub, the second with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, and the last one with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is one terrace on each floor where to share meals and a seating area located on the upper terrace. Each terrace has its own built barbecue.

EXTERIOR: On the back of the property we will fin the lovely swimming pool, from which we will have magnificent views of the sea. The mediterranean trees and plants provide privacy and freshness to the garden, ideal for enjoying the warmth of summer under a shadow. We can also make the most of the mediterranean sun thanks to the sunbeds and the terraces, where we can share warm days and soft nights eating together facing the beautiful landscape.

LOCATION: Villa located in Benitachell, Cumbre del Sol, just minutes away from all services but on a very quiet and private street. The villa has a very good orientation with sunshine throughout the day and breathtaking views.
