Big villa set in Baia Sant’Anna , just 5 km from Budoni city center and 400 meters from Porto Ainu beach ( could be reach by feet ) . This property provide a big exterior area : garden , portico with dining area and living area , exterior cooking area , outside shower and sunroof terrace . Fully furnished kitchen : induction cooker , water purification system, oven , American fridge with ice maker , microwave and coffee maker . Bathroom with shower and 2 bedroom : 1 double and 1 twin with bunk beds . Air conditioning, tv and washing machine available . Maximum occupancy 4 people . Pet not allowed .

Setting

Baia Sant'Anna is a small residential village set between the south coast where is possible to visit the beautiful Orosei Gulf , and the north where is possible to drive along the Budoni coast and San Teodoro beaches. The area is very quiet and particulary indicated for families or young couples that would like to spend a relaxing holiday.

Activities and attractions

On the South , from La Caletta start every day boat sailing to Cala Luna and Cala Goloritzè. In 20 minutes by car is possible to reach Porto San paolo and take a boat to Tavolara Island very know for his natural sea park, beaches and adventuring trekking. Mountains aroun could be explorer bu land rover and is possible to have a break or a lunch with shepperds. Finally Tepilora Park, that offer excursion by train, walking or kayaking until Rio Posada.
