The accommodation

Single villas located in Pedra Cupa about 800 meters from the center of Budoni and 200 meters from the beach, both reachable on foot. Newly built, they offer reserved parking and private access. The structures are part of an independent residential complex with 4 units. The outdoor patio with dining area leads to the living area with equipped modular kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven and hob), TV, sofa and air conditioning. The sleeping area instead consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with single beds. The bathroom with shower overlooks the back, equipped with another veranda and the garden. The washing machine and wi fi connection complete the offer.

Setting

These properties share only three common areas with other guests: Parking, Entrance and path to reach the different accesses in the garden. Each structure has its own portion of garden for exclusive use.

Activities and attractions

In the immediate vicinity there is a holiday village. The area is very quiet and access is guaranteed by a dead-end road therefore there is no traffic. The main services and the center of Budoni can be reached on foot in just 8/10 minutes.
