The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of a building with an elevator. It is characterized by a modern and cozy style and has all the comfort elements for a great stay. The living room offers satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a gas cooker and a dishwasher. In the laundry area you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. When it comes to resting, the apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has AC and en suite bathroom with shower and there is another bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. There is another AC unit in the hallway to cool the other two bedrooms. Finally, there is a cot and a highchair available in case you travel with your baby.

The apartment is located in the center of Port d'Alcúdia, with all services such as shops, bars and restaurants just meters from the apartment. The area is very lively in summer and has a special charm in winter. The white sandy beach is only 300 meters away, and it's one of the best beaches on the island. Don't forget to pay a visit to Alcúdia town, especially on Tuesday or Sunday when the weekly market takes place. Finally, the closest golf club is in Alcanada and it offers wonderful views of the bay.
