The accommodation
Beautiful modern villa in javea (costa blanca) with private pool. For up to 8 guests.
Layout: villa melanie offers a feeling of space and comfort for the entire property. As soon as we enter the villa we will find an open space formed by the living room, dining room and the kitchen. At our right we will find the saloon with a chaise lounge sofa and smart tv. Behind us there is a table with chairs for all the guests. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the appliances to prepare excellent meals. Returning to the hall, to our right we will find the first two bedrooms. The first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Between these bedrooms there is a courtesy toilet. At the other side of the property there are the last two bedrooms. One with a double bed too and the other with two singles beds. The last bedroom has a bathroom with shower on suite. There is another bathroom with shower in this part of the villa.
Exterior: upon entering the property, we will find an open parking area with capacity of two or three vehicles. The pool area is spacious and has loungers for sunbathing. Just to the left is a chill out area with a stone table and chairs for all guests, as well as a small outdoor kitchen where the barbecue and stone becn are located where we can relax and enjoy our holidays. In the other part of the pool, we will find a small space with sofas under a very elegant umbrella. We can also find several machines and elements to perform bodybuilding exercises. Under the porch there is a table with two banquets suitable for all guests as well as a small area where we can relax while we contemplate the views of the mountain.
Others: air conditioner throughout the villa, mountain views, gym and free wifi. Pets are allowed on request and supplement.
Setting
Location: the villa is located in the town of javea in a very quiet and residential area. In addition, in just 5 minutes by car we can be in the urban center of javea as well as on the magnificent arenal beach.
