The accommodation

The apartments have names, they are names of the bells of the Cathedral of León. The tower in the street is the bell tower. It is the 1st left.
There is a 1.50 bed, and a 1.40 sofa bed.
It has a maximum capacity of 4 people

Setting

They are located about 30 meters from the north façade of the Cathedral of León, within the walled enclosure, and in a pedestrian area. It is a privileged place to see this facade, you will not find these views anywhere else in the city.
The building was built in the 1960s. At the beginning of 2018 it was acquired to make these apartments. A comprehensive reform of the building has been made, preserving only exterior facades and structure, therefore, everything you are going to find is new. Given the scope of the reform, it has been used to make total thermal and acoustic insulation, so that you can enjoy comfort and tranquility worthy of your trip.

It is a quiet, calm and comfortable street.
The environment in which the building is located is of special protection by Heritage of the Junta de Castilla y León. Next to it, the walls and the Cathedral. About 40 meters away there is a Hospital, Nuestra Señora de la Regla. Its façade is that of the Renedo de Valdetuejar Palace, which once belonged to the Marques de Prado. On the opposite side, 60 meters away, the old post office building, which dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. Attached to this is the house-museum of the Sierra Pambley Foundation, from the 19th century. The entire historic center is pedestrianized.
50 meters from the apartments you have the Plaza de Regla, known as the Cathedral square. This is where the nerve center of leisure, gastronomy, and culture begins, from here the Calle Ancha that connects this square with the Plaza de San Marcelo starts.
A stop is required to observe the exterior of the Cathedral. On a sunny morning its interior becomes a light show as the incredible stained glass windows pass through the sunlight.
Calle Ancha divides the old area into two parts, the popular Humid Quarter and the Romantic Quarter, with similar but somewhat different settings. In any of these areas it has infinity of bars (with the famous tapas of León), restaurants, bars, terraces, ... to enjoy morning, afternoon and night.

k) It is prohibited to organize parties. Also, bachelorette parties are not allowed.
l) Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
19. Failure to comply with these prohibitions will empower the company to require the abandonment of the dwelling for tourist use.
20. The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. The client agrees to respect the order and cleanliness of the apartment and to return it in the same conditions that it was delivered.
