The accommodation

Cosy flat for rent in Oropesa del Mar of 75m2 with 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, bathroom and terrace of 16 m2 (total 91 m2). Distributed on two floors: on the ground floor there is an entrance with video intercom and hydroalcoholic gel dispenser, dining room with new furniture, including a sofa bed, air conditioning and Smart TV Samsung with WiFi included. Kitchen equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, new extractor hood, microwave and small appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and blender. It also has 1 bathroom with shower, as well as a hot and cold hairdryer and hair iron. Finally the master bedroom, recently renovated, with a new double mattress and LED night lamps. Upstairs there is a large room with a games area and two beds with new mattresses, air conditioning, clothesline, iron, ironing board and children's table football/billiards. It also has a cosy and renovated single room with window to the terrace.
Finally, it has an access to a terrace-solarium with a large table and 4 garden chairs with a 2.80m sunshade. The community offers access to a communal swimming pool for adults and children during the summer season.

We are pet-friendly, we allow one pet per stay. Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.

Setting

It is located in the town of Oropesa del Mar, 700 m in a straight line from the Morro de Gos beach. It is next to the Orpesa RENFE train station and 250m from the Plaza Mayor of Oropesa.
It is accessible by high speed train from Madrid (3,5h) and daily trains every hour approximately with Valencia. Castellón airport is 25 km away. By road, you can get there on the N-340 or the AP-7, a free motorway 1 hour from Valencia, 2.5 hours from Barcelona and 4 hours from Madrid, the main cities in the country.

Activities and attractions

The main tourist attractions of Oropesa del Mar are the beautiful beaches of the Costa de Azahar. Oropesa has 7 beaches: Amplaries, Morro de Gos, La Concha, Cala Retor, Cala Oropesa La Vella, Les Platgetes and Torre Bellver.
There is a greenway from the south of Oropesa to the town of Benicàssim.
It is 30 minutes by car from Peñíscola, the city on the sea, and 22 km from Castellón de la Plana with all the amenities of a provincial capital.
