Beautiful Villa with heated pool distributed over 2 floors with 500m2 land in Playa Paraiso. A luxury on the island of eternal summer.
This Villa has a heated pool, internet, 500 m2 of totally private plot, fully equipped kitchen, facing south, so you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.
Distribution:
Ground floor with full kitchen and exit to outdoor dining area, living room with access to the garden and views of the pool, dining area, toilet.
Upstairs with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one common and one inside one of the main room that also has a terrace.
Garden area with heated pool, sun loungers and parking area.
The entire Villa is for the personal and exclusive use of the guests.
A cot is available on request.
Setting
Playa Paraiso is an area with a lot of atmosphere, a variety of restaurants and a wonderful promenade.
If you need extra service during your stay such as shopping service, babysitters, massages or cleaning during the stay, we can take care of it.
We also have massage service at home, upon request, consult without obligation.

The Playa Paraiso area is a quiet area but with many restaurants and leisure options, it is located 2 minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel and the Roca Negra Sunset Club.
It has a promenade where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets with a very quiet and relaxing route.
The Villa has in front of a shopping center with all the shops and entertainment venues necessary for your holidays.
