The accommodation

We offer our clients 3 apartments for 4/6 people on the seafront in Camp de Mar in Andratx.
Beautiful newly renovated apartments of 65 square meters each with 2 double bedrooms for 4 people (single beds) and a double sofa-bed for stays of 6 people (check price for stays of up to 6 people) and 1 full bathroom with shower.
Decorated with a modern and functional design, and of course it has everything you need for a pleasant stay as it has WIFI connection, Satellite TV, common leisure areas such as a private garden with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, a small gym area, reception in the building and vending area.
Each apartment has its own terrace of 18 square meters with furniture to enjoy the outdoor views. It has an individual kitchen with the equipment to cook, microwave and hob and oven and washing machine. For your family you have a free cot and high chair for your baby.
Camp de Mar beach is 200 meters away, so you can leave your vehicle comfortably parked in the building's private parking (two places for each apartment). To get to know the rest of the island, we recommend your own vehicle.

Official check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 11:00 hours. 40€ surcharge for arrivals after 21:00 hours. 50€ surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
