The accommodation

This amazing villa with private pool in Ses Salines, in the south of Mallorca, welcomes 6 people.This homelike villa features a private, 7 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging form 0.9 m to 1.9 m, surrounded by six sun loungers and an exterior shower. This tranquil and peaceful place surprises with unrivalled views over the countryside and on clear days, if you let your eye wander, you will see the island of Cabrera raising on the horizon. A nice, Mediterranean garden gives access to a furnished porch, where you can make a BBQ with friends. This house is independent and there are a few neighbours.

The bright and stylish sitting-dining room with A/C is a nice corner to read a book, watch satellite-TV or spend time with your loved ones. This room has big windows overlooking the pool and the countryside. The open kitchen has everything you may need to cook up a feast, including a vitro hob. Furthermore, there is a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.

This one-storey property has three bedrooms, one with with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with fans. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, A/C and a safe box. For our youngest guests, there is one cot and one high chair. Regarding the bathrooms, both are fitted with a bath tub. Thanks to the air conditioning heat pump, this house welcomes you also during the winter season.

The village Ses Salines is just a short walk from the house and after a good dinner with a glass of wine you won't have to take a car to go home. In the centre there is a grocery store, cafés and restaurants, in a word all you may need for a carefree stay. Furthermore, you can visit the salina, where mountains of white salt are drying under the Majorcan sun.

Nevertheless, a car is necessary to go to the beach and to explore the island. Approximately 5 kilometres separate you from the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi with excellent fish and sea food restaurants. In the harbour, you can book a lovely boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. Near Colonia de Sant Jordi are many dreamlike beaches, like the white sand beach Es Port and the gravel-sand bay Cala Galiota. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Es Trenc and Es Carbó, natural beaches with fine grained sand and protected by dunes.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
