Fantastic apartment with a cosy terrace and space for 2 - 3 guests. It's located 250 metres from the beach of Canyamel, in Capdepera.The cosy terrace, with views to the peaceful streets of the residential area of Canyamel, will grant you a quiet breakfast before heading to spend a great beach day. You only have to walk a few steps to enjoy the sea!!

Located on the ground floor of a homey building of apartments, this flat features a functional room where the living, dining and kitchen are all together. It's equipped with AC (only cold air) to help you to cool down when enjoying your meals or resting afterwards on the sofa whilst watching the satellite TV. The kitchen has an electric cooktop and the basic equipment (there's no washing machine or iron). There's one bedroom with twin beds and AC (only cold air), closet and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available on request. The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed. A bathroom with a bath completes the accommodation.

Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area in Capdepera with one of the best beaches in the area. It offers all needed services for your stay like supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the golf course also is near, about 7.2 km. The Caves of Artà and the Tower of Canyamel are a must visit of the area.
