Townhouse Solomon is a wonderful and charming 3-bedroom property, sleeping 6 + 2 guests, located in the village of Ferreiras within easy access to local shops and excellent restaurants and the beautiful beaches in Albufeira and in Galé.

This charming townhouse benefits from free Wi-Fi throughout and Air-Conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.

The property is on two levels with all 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room) and 1 bedroom with 1 bunkbed. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor.

The living / dining room, located on the ground floor, has a large comfortable sofa and TV with international channels, a dining table along with chairs.

The ground floor also has a service bathroom.

The bright and spacious open space kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing delicious meals including toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. Within the kitchen you will find a small breakfast bar with 2 chairs.

The kitchen has access to the exterior where you will find a washing machine, and to the relaxing outdoor area where you will have access to the barbecue and outside eating area with a table and chairs for you to enjoy summer meals outdoors.

This wonderful holiday home is located in a private condominium and shares a large swimming pool.
The property is located in a beautiful residential estate, a short, few minutes’ walk from the centre of the town of Ferreiras, with several restaurants, banks and bakeries.

The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, São Lourenço or São Rafael.

The town of Albufeira with its colorful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.
