Very bright, modern and cozy apartment located on the first floor of a private residence which guarantees its tranquility.
The 74 m2 apartment has two bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two small beds, a spacious living room with a 42' TV and a double sofa bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also has Internet connection via high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite television and air conditioning in all its rooms, as well as all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Conil.
It is located on Calle Jerez Nº 7, in the area called 'El Santo', one of the best areas to discover Conil, a few meters from the Arco de la Villa, one of the entrances to the historic center of the town and only 10 minutes walk from the Bateles beach. It is also close to the main tourist attractions as well as its shopping and entertainment streets.
The apartment has free private parking in the basement of the building and the plaza is just below the apartment, you just have to go up some stairs and you enter the residential area, which makes unloading your luggage quick and easy.
If you come by public transport, access to the apartment is easy, there is a taxi rank 100 m away and the bus station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
