The accommodation

Sixth floor apartment with elevator. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is independent and has a washing machine, fridge, microwave and various kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, pots, pans...) The living room is spacious and the apartment has two terraces, one on each side of the living room. It is furnished and has a parking space included in the price. Residential with swimming pool.

Setting

The apartment is located in the area near the port, 4 minutes walk to the sand. It has multiple services around it (supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, banks) and it is a pleasant area with a strong family character. From there you can go for a walk to the Paseo Marítimo or the fishing port.

Activities and attractions

Gandia beach stands out for its crystal clear water and its white sand and its extension and breadth, which places it as one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. A very short distance from the beach center of Gandia you can also enjoy natural surroundings of great beauty and a step away you also have the city of Gandia where its historical past and tradition merge (Palacio Ducal, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (essential to try the fideuá).
