Located in the heart of the hinterland of Malaga (Alora), this magnificent, spacious and beautifully decorated villa offers a high level of elegance and comfort for a large family or group of friends.
Set on a large private lot, this property is perfect for relaxing and enjoying with the whole family. Outdoor spaces include a swimming pool with solarium, several dining and recreation areas, a multi-sport court with equipment for tennis, soccer room or basketball. The seven hectares outside shine with the most varied local flora: pine trees, almond trees, olive trees, palm trees, walnut trees, bougainvillea and other plants create an recognizable environment in the Costa del Sol.
The house is distributed on two floors, the first with two comfortable living rooms at different heights, reading area and three bedrooms with elegant living rooms and a master suite upstairs. The villa combines the best of past and present, blending modern with classic/rural. Setting
The house is located on the Costa del Sol, in the town of Malaga. Access can be made thru a 10km track across populations Estacion de Cártama, Alora or Pizarra. Car is needed, you can take as well a Taxi service is available to the house from around 30-35 €
Málaga, and especially the area in the valley of the River Guadalhorce, have,thanks to new communications road East-West and North, and high-speed rail network (AVE), good access to communication networks with other the country.

Activities and attractions
The environment offers a huge range of possibilities. The house is located 10 km from the nearest town (Alora or Estación de Cártama) and only 30 km from the Málaga city center. If you are looking for relax the location is unbeatable, better if the house offers all the comfort you find in the city but in the coutryside.
If you are looking for beach tourism the closest are about 25 km away with a wide range of incredible beaches. You can also visit the center of Malaga to enjoy in its cultural offer, or perhaps you want to discover the amazing inland towns that provide alternative views of the Costa del Sol you can not miss.
We can offer amazing horseback riding with the whole family to enjoy.

Acceso pésimo
La casa está bien, practicamente todo correcto, pero está en una montaña con muy mal acceso. 8 km de subida por curvas...Y 2 más por un camino de tierra lleno de baches, que no cualquier coche puede subir. Lo que hace que bajar solo hasta el pueblo sean 25 minutos. No recomendable si quieres ir a la playa, la más cercana queda a casi 1 hora. Por lo demás, la casa para disfrutarla y no moverse mucho.
