The accommodation

The House, new and fully furnished, consists of a floor (about 60 m2) equipped day with double bedroom and bathroom, plus an attic of similar size with bathroom, reachable via an internal wooden staircase
Independent entrance, with small garden on the ground floor, external staircase to reach the balcony and the main entrance, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with tub, equipped attic sleeping area with second bathroom with shower, washing machine and dishwasher
Large private garage

Setting

The recently built residence is located in a quiet and pleasant area close to the lake (100 meters from the beach), near a spectacular gulf with southern exposure, therefore very sunny even in autumn and winter, where the new lido and the port of S.ta Cecilia, one of the largest on the lake, which houses two sailing schools, with the possibility of renting boats is located.
Direct access to the Dervio lakefront which runs along the entire peninsula for about 3 km and allows you to access and visit all the large beaches of Dervio.
The center of Dervio with all shops, supermarkets and the train station is approx. 800 from the house

Activities and attractions

When you arrive in Dervio you can leave your car in the garage and move around comfortably on foot or by bicycle.
For trekking lovers, it is easy to access the "Sentiero del Viandante" which runs along the east bank of the lake, is suitable for various types of excursions (from a few km to more than 40 km) and offers breathtaking views and scenery, You can also hike through the old historical paths of Valvarrone and Muggiasca up to Monte Legnoncino (1,700 m) and Monte Muggio (1,750 m).
Same possibility of wide choices for lovers of mountain biking, sailing and surfing (both windsurfing and kitesurfing)
Dervio is then an ideal point of stay to be able to visit the medieval village of Corenno Plinio and enjoy the central part of Lake Como in complete relaxation (Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio), as well as plan excursions in Valtellina and in the nearby Engadine (area St Moritz)
In Dervio you never get bored both in the hot and cold seasons !!
