MAGNIFICENT MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA WITH SEA VIEWS AND PRIVATE POOL IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA). For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT: The villa LA CALA, completely renovated, has a Mediterranean style and is distributed on two floors connected by an interior and exterior staircase. The access to the villa gives us direct access to the living room and dining room located in a large space full of light. The dining room is formed by a table and chairs with enough capacity for all the guests of the villa. In addition, the living room has a sofa with seating for six guests along with a television. The fully independent kitchen is located to our right. It is equipped with all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare fantastic meals. On the same floor there are three bedrooms: two of them with two single beds each and another one with a double bed. On the same floor there are two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. Climbing the stairs from the living room we reach the upper floor where we find the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: The villa LA CALA is equipped with a large outdoor space available for parking two vehicles on the property. The swimming pool is located at the back of the property with direct access from the living room. In this part of the villa we will find several sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as an outdoor dining table where we can enjoy lunch and dinner with our friends and family during our stay. There is also a two-seater sofa where you can relax and unwind. The upper floor has a terrace with direct access from the bedroom. This has two armchairs as well as a table with two chairs to have a drink while contemplating the sea view from the property.

SITUATION: The villa LA CALA has an idyllic location as it is situated in a very quiet street and only 210 meters walking distance to the Calalga beach and the ecological path: a wonderful walk from Calpe to Moraira for the whole family. There are also many leisure areas such as restaurants, supermarkets, as well as the center of Calpe.
