BRIGHT AND CHARMING VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT: We enter the villa through the covered terrace and access directly to the living and dining room. A spacious and bright room with a Mediterranean spirit, the furniture and colors are a true tribute to the sea, with blue as the predominant color. First we will find the dining room, stylishly furnished with a large table and several chairs, as well as a huge and original horizontal window,as a true natural setting with views to the surroundings of the villa. Nearby is the living room with a coffee table, two sofas and a television.. Next to it we will find an independent kitchen perfectly equipped with all the necessary appliances and elements for the preparation of meals during our stay. Two bedrooms are located on this floor, furnished with double beds and there is also a bathroom with a shower at our disposal. We access the lower floor by taking external stairs that lead to two bright and spacious bedrooms furnished with double beds. You will find at your disposal a bathroom with a shower. Villa Querencia is a symbol of freshness and zen atmosphere, an ideal place to rest and relax in a Mediterranean atmosphere perfectly suited to relaxation.

OUTSIDE: Upon entering the property we will find an open area where to park several vehicles.. The villa has several terraces located at different heights that will allow us to enjoy each one with total freedom and relaxation. On the first of them we find the gas barbecue as well as a ping pong table, where fun is guaranteed. Right next we find a pergola under which we will find a dining table with capacity for all the guests, an area that will surely be vital for our stay.. On the lower terrace, which can be accessed by going down a few steps, you will find the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. SITUATION: The villa QUERENCIA is located in a quiet and residential area of Moraira, close to restaurants, supermarkets and different leisure and interest areas of the town of Moraira. The beaches of Moraira and El Portet are both a few minutes driving from the villa.
