BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 8 guests.
DISTRIBUTION: Villa CAP D’OR is a Mediterranean style villa spread over two floors. The main entrance gives access to a large and bright space where the open plan kitchen is located next to the living room area. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for the preparation of meals in a pleasant and cosy atmosphere. The lounge area is composed of three sofas with three seaters each, a coffee table and a television. To the right of the kitchen we have a dining table and several chairs. In the extension of the living room, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a shower. To access the ground floor, you have to take the outside stairs. On this floor we will find a nice living-dining room, tastefully decorated and very charming. A terrace with a bistro table and two chairs are at our disposal. A small hallway gives us access to the other two bedrooms of the villa: one with a double bed and another with a trundle bed, as well as a bathroom with shower.
OUTSIDE: Entering the property from the pedestrian door we have access to the covered terrace. This very pleasant area offers us the possibility of preparing and sharing meals in a friendly atmosphere. A table and several chairs are at our disposal. Opposite to it you will find the swimming pool with deck chairs to relax and enjoy sunbathing. Below, there is a parking space to park vehicles. A large spacious terrace is located on the first floor with a table and chairs to share a drink and comfortable armchairs for a time of reading or relaxation.
SITUATION: Villa CAP D’OR is located in a quiet area offering peace and tranquility, near the sea. It is close to all services such as restaurants, supermarkets and sports activities of the town of Moraira.
OTHER: FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT THE VILLA. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
