The accommodation

This villa rises imposingly above the shores of Cala Llonga, in the eastern part of the island, offering a panoramic and enveloping view of the sea. The glass façade bordering the pool area blurs the boundary between the villa and the horizon, giving the house an unparalleled magical aspect.
Villa Lunablanca can accommodate up to 10 people: it is a magnificent house of 217m2 on a total surface of 3.000m2.
3.000m2, consisting of a main house built on two levels and an annexe with independent access.
From the first impact, the house leaves one completely breathless: it is a perfect blend of pastel colours blending with the colours of the surrounding nature, reinforced by the skilful use of complementary materials, which, although different, give it a modern style that is at the same time anchored in the Ibicencan architectural tradition.
The amber-coloured stone walls, the predominance of white and the important presence of glass windows make everything bright, harmonious and strongly distinctive.
The outdoor area is a real dream: a pergola with exposed wooden beams houses a cosy outdoor dining and chill-out area, while beyond, the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and the landscape seems to merge with the sea in the background. This alone would be enough to make it the perfect place for your holiday in the company of friends or family, to enjoy an aperitif at sunset with the sound of the sea in the background or a dinner in the lunar shade of the pergola - a daydream!
The outdoor area comprises the two entrances to the main house and the annexe.
From the first, you immediately enter the cosy and tastefully furnished living area of the house, which fully reflects the style of the outdoor area.
The spacious living area consists of a living room, a dining room and an open plan kitchen. The living room has two chill-out areas with sofas: one surrounds the charming fireplace and the other is next to the dining area. From here, the entire glass wall allows you to enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the coast and the sea.
The same level leads to the first sleeping area: even your moments of relaxation, in this stunning location, will have incomparable comfort and views!
On the main floor you will find the first two bedrooms, with a shared bathroom complete with bathtub and a service bathroom, while on the upper floor you will find the charming master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, equipped with a freestanding bathtub and all the necessary comforts to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
Finally, the annexe consists of two beautiful double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms.
