The accommodation

Former chigre (shop / bar) and dwelling. This house used to host dances attended by people from the region. The garage doors are huge, old and very beautiful as it had the first lorry in the area. Garden. Views to the sea and the mountains. Oriented to the four winds. From the terrace you can see the valleys and magnificent sunsets.

Spacious living-dining room with open fireplace. Four bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen with dining area and two bathrooms. All exterior. The house has wide stone walls and wooden beams. Large windows to appreciate the landscape and an original, comfortable and cosy interior that conserves all the flavour of yesteryear and the original floors.

It has everything you need to be comfortable: wifi, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, easy parking, good pressure in the showers, comfortable beds, plenty of comfy linen and above all, and what makes this house special, lots of character and beautiful views.

Setting

It is in a quiet and traditional village where you can forget about the world but at the same time close to everything (you need a car), whether you are looking for a holiday to disconnect, a historical or tourist holiday or a gastronomic or active holiday.

Just a few minutes from beaches, mountains and picturesque villages.
It is located in the western centre of Asturias, in a beautiful area, between Cudillero, Muros de Nalón and Pravia, 15 minutes from Asturias airport, 10 minutes from Cudillero, 20 minutes from Avilés and half an hour from Oviedo and Gijón.

Activities and attractions

Being only a few minutes away from several beaches, in the mountains, near the Natural Park of Somiedo, the Senda del Oso and fishing villages such as Cudillero, Muros de Nalón, Somao with its Indian houses, Pravia, capital of the reigning Spain of the Silo, the monastery of Cornellana... There is the possibility of horse riding, canoeing on the Narcea river, surf schools and a thousand beautiful excursions without a fixed course...
