A Casa di Vitruvio is a detached single-family house of 50 square meters. The accommodation offers a large outdoor space in the countryside, ideal for summer dinners and to enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquility away from the chaos of the city.
Located between the Gianola Regional Natural Park and the Santo Janni Beach, the structure is proposed as a reception space for couples and families who want to spend a pleasant stay in the city of Formia. The structure offers the possibility of using large outdoor spaces in the open countryside. Ideal for those who want to escape from the chaos of the city but at the same time enjoy the sea and immerse themselves in the nature of the Gianola Park.
Beaches, Park and Shopping Center 1.5 km away.

The structure consists of:
▪️ Double bedroom
▪️ Bathroom with shower and washing machine
▪️ Hallway with Fiber Internet
▪️ Living room with eat-in kitchen and sofa bed for one and a half square
▪️ Outdoor courtyard with table for outdoor dining
▪️ Private uncovered space for car parking.

Smoking or bringing animals is not allowed in the structure due to allergies.
