Everything is clean, there is everything you need for cooking and its generally nice and quiet. For this prize its practically perfect. Only the "100 meters to the beach" are kind of incorrect: 100 meters from the appartement there is a place where you can lie down at the coast, but its made of concrete. If you want sand, you have to go ~500 meters.
