The accommodation
Individual villa in the exclusive Oliva Nova golf.
It is located 400m from the beach and 200m from the golf course with 18 holes designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It also has sports facilities (paddle tennis, tennis ..), playground, supermarket medical center, pharmacy and restaurants.
The villa has a capacity of 6-7 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge, kitchen, porch, garage, swimming pool and private garden.
It is fully equipped, air conditioning / heating in all rooms, fireplace in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, TV, DVD, stereo, possibility of wifi connection and all kitchen utensils and other necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Setting
The urb. is located between the towns of Oliva and Denia. Located only a few minutes Oliva core and a little port of Denia, where we enjoy a pleasant Mediterranean cuisine by the sea, and embark on one of the ferries that carry the Balearic Islands.
A few meters from the villa, there is a small shopping center, bars, bank, supermarket, ice cream, take-aways and some small shops and print different things.
Addition is about 20 minutes from Gandia and Javea and Benidorm each 30mimutos the iconic and the famous Terra Mitica theme park.
Activities and attractions
The beach is several kilometers long and is surrounded by a sand dune area of special environmental protection. Here you can enjoy water sports such as Skysurf, Sailing ...

A beautiful holiday home
This three-bedroom house accommodates six people easily. It consists of two bathrooms, one of it en suite, a large combined living / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. We have spent great vacations there the whole November 2017. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. No double / queen-size beds available though. The house has Wi-Fi and cable television. We very much enjoyed the wonderful garden where everything was nicely taken care of. The long sandy beach is at 400-500 meters away and for those who play golf or do horse riding; both a golf club and a riding arena are at walking distance. The area is very quiet for those who like to relax and escape from everyday stress. Manuela, the hostess, was very kind and could give us all the answers to the questions we had about the house and the surroundings. We can fully recommend this house and we will for sure come back.
