The accommodation

This is a typical city house from Lisbon, renewed as a triplex. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and a spacious living /dinning room. on the 1st floor there is a small toilette and a suite: a 17m2 double bed sleeping room and a bathroom - connected by a corridor lined with closets. From the small balcony of the room you can see the Parliament building. On the 2nd floor there are 2 sleeping rooms, with 2 twin beds each, and another bathroom. The house has a standard capacity of 6 persons, but it can receive 8 persons, for it disposes of 2 extra beds.

Setting

The house is situated in a quiet small street of the old town, in the historical zone of Príncipe Real, 200 meters away from the Parliament and 250 meters away from Flores Square. Walking less then 5 minutes, you can take the tramway (the famous 28), which can drive you through the entire old town of Lisbon. At less than a 15 minutes walking distance you will find the heart of the city, Chiado, And the Cafe "A Brasileira", the Opera house (Teatro Nacional de São Carlos), the S. Luís Theater and ne of the best city theater companies "A Cornucópia", The Nacional Ancient Art Museum ("Janelas Verdes"), the portuguese Cinematheque, the magnificent Botanic Garden, uncountable cafes and typical restaurants and Bairro alto, one of the most famous nightlife areas in Lisbon.

Activities and attractions

You can visit, at a walking distance, Lisbon's Botanic Garden, the National Ancient Art Museum (where you'll be able to see the original Hieronymus Bosch tryptic "Saint Anthony Temptation"), The Parliament House, to go to the opera, at the National opera house, to watch to cinema cycles at the National Cinematheque (original version). You'll be able to walk through Lisbon's old town, or catch the tramway, the "28", to try the cafes and restaurants from the charming Flores square and the stores, cafes and restaurants from Bairro Alto and Chiado. You can also try a sailing lesson in the river (the Tejo)

From 4 to 8 guests every extra person will pay 15 € a day (10 € in the low season ) or 50 € a week (free for children under 3 years old and 1/2 for children under 10 years old). The final cleaning is included.
