The accommodation

If you’re looking for a fantastic property, right in the heart of the Sicily, with Art, history, entertainment and so much more at your fingertips this is the perfect base for your stay.

Silvy Holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people, with two single bedroom, three double bedrooms, that if needed, can be equipped with extra beds. Rooms are air conditioned and have a wonderful view to the sea or the mountains, depending on their position.

The living area consists of: large kitchen equipped with every comfort with direct access to a wide veranda where, if you want, you may to dine outdoors with dining table which seats six people;
a room dining / living room with dining area and a corner sofa to relax.

The apartment is served by two bathrooms independent, with a shower and is equipped a laundry with washing machine. Sheets, towels, bath towels, and iron and ironing board are available and included in the price.

Adjoining the house is a private and enclosed car park. Parking is included for more of 3 car.

The house is well furnished and equipped with all comforts: There is a large flat screen television, air conditioning, internet WIFI, oven to allow you to spend a vacation serenely in a sea resort and is ideal for a party of friends or families with children.

Setting

Located in the upper part of the country, only ten minutes walk from the city center the apartment per day on all four sides, so it is very bright and airy.
Near the house is located (within 100 m): 2 large supermarkets, a tobacconist, pharmacy, bar, bank, post office, gas station and grocery store.
