The house was built in 2011, has got a modern design, is compfortable and functional. It is perfectly integrated into its environment. The house itself has got about 220 square meters and is built on two floors. The whole plot measures 500 square meters. On the first floor you find a large dining or living room with kitchen and a bathroom. The whole floor is surrounded by terraces. On the second floor there is located a double bedroom suite with integrated bathroom and dressing room. Moreover there are two more bedrooms with up to three single beds in each room and with access to garden.

Setting

The house is situated in the natural park of the Vicentina coast and Alentejano southeast, perfectly placed in between two beaches (Monteclérigo and Amoreira). The house has got great views over the ocean, the shore of Aljezur and the mountains near by. Because of its great location you can reach the beach by foot. The house has got a really peaceful location where you can enjoy the peace, rich botanical varieties, the contact to the nature and the roar of where the roar of the sea.

In this area there are several posibilities of activities as surfing (there are surfing schools for beginners), hiking, mountain biking and horsebackriding.
