The accommodation
This apartment has two double room, a complete bathroom, a living-dining room with TV and a complete kitchen (vitroceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine) with a balcony. It has an elevator and has an outdoor parking space.
Includes kitchen utensils, italian coffee maker, toaster, towels, sheets and blankets, iron, hair dryer and ironing board. Wifi available
The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the center of the town (Ribadesella), in a urbanization called "El Jardín", and it is a very quiet area, without noise, next to the Sella river and with very beautiful views of the river and the mountains.
Animals are not allowed.

Apartamento coqueto
El apartamento está a las afueras de ribadesella, pero se llega andando al centro por el paseo fluvial en 10 minutos. Es pequeño pero suficiente para una familia. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas a la ría. Otro punto a favor es que tiene una plaza de aparcamiento en la calle, aunque deberían ponerle algún bolardo porque, hasta en 2 ocasiones, nos aparcaron en la plaza. Otra cosa que deberían mejorar es la insonorización. Los dormitorios dan a la nacional y el ruido de los coches se oye como si tuvieras la ventana abierta. Por suerte, durante la noche hay poco tráfico. Por último destacar que la dueña laura siempre estuvo a nuestra disposición
