Villa Maria is located in Via Penelope, 17, in a quiet residential area, and it is a beautiful house in Art Nouveau style in a 5-minute walk from the beach, renovated in order to maintain the characteristics typical of homes built in Mondello in the early years of the twentieth century . It has 3 bedrooms, one with a small terrace (sleeps 6), a large and bright kitchen-living room (with 2 sofa beds), two bathrooms with shower, a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a large terrace furnished, to enjoy the best of the Sicilian summer. The apartment is tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, equipped with linens and towels, 3 flat-screen satellite TV and parking. In mid and high season the house is available for a minimum of 4 people.
