A beautiful apartment on the Magra river bank with private landing served by water and light, is available with 7 beds arranged as follows: 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition there are 2 bathrooms, a large living room and liveable kitchen, all fully furnished and equipped. A large garden right on the river Magra with barbecue is available to all our customers. The perfect place, even for family, to spend a relaxing holiday for lovers of the Sea and Mountains, mix rarely present in a single reality.
Ideal also for fish directly below the house.

Setting

The house is ideal for those who love the sea, the private landing below the property allows to reach with your own boat the beautiful coastline of the Gulf of Poets, the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and close to Punta Corvo beach straight away and spend days of true sea. A relaxing holiday, immersed in a magical atmospheric especially in the morning and evening hours enjoying the peace of the river in full calm, with some wriggling fish, happy little families of colorful ducks and of dawn and sunset are the Apuan Alps yet most unique. The panoramic views of the Apuan Alps with the foot of the medieval villages of the valley of the Magra as Nicola, Castelnuovo, Ortonovo, Fosdinovo ... accompany the slow flow of the Magra to his Foce.
