The accommodation
This is a front line spacious duplex first line to the beautiful beach of Mojacar, only minutes walk from the popular parque commercial shopping area, and several bars and restaurants.
The property boasts free wifi, and has A/C in the lounge and all bedrooms. There is a huge inviting communial pool and on street parking. From the entrance to the left is the well equipped kitchen area, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer, there is also a large dining table suitable for 6 persons. The spacious lounge has a modern flat screen TV(non specific channels) and DVD player, and a terrace with uninterupted sea views. There is a shower room at this ground floor level.
The stairs lead to the master bedroom with double bed, and a secondary elevated terrace with amazing views of the beach. There is a further double bedroom, twin room and main bathroom. This property is perfect for people watching, or sipping a glass of something cold whilst watching the waves rolling onto the shore.
