Villa located in Xábia, in a very quiet area, 8 minutes by car to Arenal beach and 5 minutes to Cala Granadella. Sleeps 7 persons. Sea views. Fenced garden and private pool with terrace.
3 bedrooms. Dining room with TV. Kitchen with washing machine, oven and microwave. One bathroom with shower and one toilet. Covered terrace.

We enjoyed a lot our holiays in the house because its lovely large terrace, the sea views and the well kept garden and pool. Inside the house, everything was comfortable. Maria, the owner was very friendly with us.
