Villa Tenazinha III is located in a quiet and refined area in Açoteias, near to Falesia beach and fishing village of Olhos de Agua. Beaches as well as golf courses and other local resources, such as bars, restaurants and a supermarket are easily accessible by car or even on foot. This villa has a private pool, an extensive garden area and spacious terraces to enjoy sunbathing or outdoor dining and is orientated north/south to capture the best of the sun from dawn to dusk.
Interior, ground floor:
1 bedroom with twin beds, en-suite bathroom and wardrobes, 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room and dining room nicely decorated and a fireplace.
Interior, first floor:
1 double bedroom, overlooking the pool and garden, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, 1 bedroom with fitted bunkbeds – ideal for children - and a wardrobe.
Outside:
Lawn gardens with approximately 1800 m2. Swimming pool surrounded by grass, sunloungers and Shades. A part of the pool is shallow and is separate, specially designed for small children. Pool heating is an option. Terrace with BBQ and kitchen access, tables and chairs, pool table and ping-pong. Private drive way to garage. The property is surrounded by a fence and hedge.
