The accommodation

Cosy loft apartment, fully equipped and brand new, in a restored building with central courtyard. Located in the heart of historic Cadiz and 100 meters from the coast. It has a lounge + kitchen design, bathroom, 2 single bedrooms (one with sink) and one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, storage room for bikes or beach utensils, elevator, large viewing terrace above the building. Fully equipped and near historical monuments, parks, restaurants, bars and coast. Everything new, parquet flooring, double glazed Windows, solar energy, Internet, television, osmosis water filter, robot vacuum cleaner.

Setting

Located between the Alameda Apodaca and the Plaza del Mentidero square, 100 meters from the Parque Genovés gardens and the sea. You will enjoy strolling through the historic centre of Cadiz and enjoy the sea views without having to take a car. It is near historic monuments, bars, restaurants, shops, busses, beach (ten minutes walking), train, harbour etc.

There are two car parks nearby (one in Plaza de San Antonio and the other Santa Bárbara, beside Parque Genovés). Santa Bárbara parking often has special priced tickets by day or by week that can be booked online at or call for information (only in Spanish).

Activities and attractions

See the historic centre of Cadiz to visit its beautiful squares, Cathedral, port, museums and churches, promenade, beaches, shopping, sports and tourist tours to nearby areas such as Jerez de la Frontera with its Equestrian School, its famous wineries, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Rota, Tarifa, Vejer, Gibraltar, etc.

Apartamento muy bien situado , a pocos pasos de la alameda con unas vistas muy bonitas , my bien equipado y cómodo. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos no necesitas coche para moverte por la ciudad muy recomendable
