The spacious villa consists of two self contained apartments, perfect for families and friends who enjoy holidaying together.

The upstairs apartment has 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 on suit), one living room with independant beds and sofa-bed and a fully fitted brand new kitchen plus american kitchen in the naya.

The downstairs apartment 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and new fitted kitchen, newly fitted bathroom, one living-dining room with sofa bed for two.

* Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

* Deposit of 500 € payble on arrival.

* Deposit will be paid back on departure once it is verified the status of the villa.

* Formal rental contract to be signed between parties with balancepayment.

* On arrival date, tenant might enter as from 17:00 hours the earliest.

* On departure date, tenant shall leave not later than 12:00 hours.

* Tenants shall leave the villa in the same condition as it was received, otherwise deposit will not be returned owner might reposses the villa in case bad tenants.

* Property must be left clean and tidy by the tenants. Tenants are fully responsible for the equipment, utensils, etc in the villa and must be left clean.
