The accommodation
Luxury flat situated on Marina d’Or family tourism complex, in front of the the Gran Duque Marina d’Or Hotel 4 stars. Marina d’Or differs from the traditionnal concept of beach tourism, beacuse it’s a place conceived to bring relax, peace, charm and other dimension of the mesmerizing Mediterranean Sea.
The ideal orientation of the flat -40º North-East- makes that it only receives sun's hot directly a couple of hours in the morning -from 9:30 to 11:00-, and it's situated in Residencial Valparaíso Complex (between the aqua park and the attraction park).
Setting
Situated 150 meters far from the beach (composed by sand and gardened areas), the nature surrounding the place is really remarkable and ideal to practice hiking. You’ll also have the possibility to visit typical little villages as Benicarló, Peñíscola, Benicásim, Vinaroz, Castellón and quite big cities as Valencia.
Activities and attractions
You can do a lot of activities: Tennis (Davis Cup was played in 2012, in a tennis court located 50 meters far from the apartment), jet ski, paddle, windsurf or kayak. You have also an amusement park and an aquatic park near the appartment.

El apartamento en muy buen estado y muy confortable. Realmente muy cerca de la playa. Tanto el propietario como la persona encargada del apartamento fueron muy amables y colaboraron en todo momento para que la estancia fuera perfecta. Muchas gracias a ambos. Repetible la experiencia, sin duda
Totalmente recomendable.Es un apartamento precioso, limpio y muy ordenado y sobre todo muy bien situado. Está muy cerca de la playa y del parque acuático y también tiene las estaciones de bus y tren muy cerca, para poder visitar otros lugares fácilmente. El dueño es muy amable y siempre ha estado pendiente de nosotros y nuestra comodidad. Sin duda volveremos!!

Appartement très très propre, d'ailleurs l'immeuble aussi est très bien entretenu. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, le logement est super bien situé : à pied => 2mm de la plage, à 5mm des restaurants, à 10mm du grand supermarché (où la poissonnerie est superbe). Il y 2 piscines toujours propres. Aucun souci avec cet hébergement que je recommande vivement ! j'y ai passé 2 semaines magnifiques en juillet 2020. Dernier point, l'hôte (alejandro) et la dame de ménage (anna) sont réactifs, efficaces et très gentils. Vraiment je n'ai aucun point négatif a dire !! (pourtant je suis une râleuse habituellement et difficile sur la propreté !! ) je reviendrai prochainement parce que j'ai adoré la région, sans hésiter je louerai le même appartement !
