The accommodation

The flats are located inside the wonderful Residence L'Uliveto, so called because of the vastness of olive trees, situated on a hill in the hamlet of Birgalavò overlooking the entire gulf of Budoni.
These are two-roomed apartments of 50 square metres composed of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and flat screen HD TV, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
In the hallway there is a wardrobe with a clothes rack and a washing machine.
Wi-Fi Free.

The flats are available on two different levels:
- On the first floor there is a splendid view over the entire gulf of Budoni and you can also admire the beautiful surrounding hills;
- On the ground floor there is a modest garden for those who prefer a larger space and there is also a convenient pump. There is no direct view of the sea but if you move a little you can see it.

Parking is reserved for each flat.
A few steps from the flats there is a large swimming pool with a splendid view of the sea, open from June to September.
It is equipped with a lifeguard so as to guarantee total safety, especially for those with children.

Setting

The residence is situated in a panoramic position in the hamlet of Birgalavò (Budoni), from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the bay of Budoni and the beautiful swimming pool.
It is set in a green, quiet, peaceful and well attended context.
It is just under 2km from the sea and all services.
Supermarkets (800m), a farm where you can dine near the flat at affordable prices.
It is possible to find all amenities and also places of entertainment such as a go-kart track, riding stables, dinghy and boat hire, guided excursions as well as a lively nightlife.

Birgalavò is a small hamlet in the municipality of Budoni; with around 5,000 inhabitants, Budoni stretches out close to small inlets and long, wide beaches shaped by white sand, which frames a crystal-clear sea.
The territory, surrounded by many hills, includes several ponds and wetlands of great naturalistic importance, where it is possible to observe the typical vegetation of rushes and tamarisks, and valuable fauna species such as the pink flamingo and the sultan chicken.
Budoni offers a variety of coastal landscapes of rare beauty, it is the gateway to the island... the ideal place from which to depart for a trip out of town, to discover the wonders of Sardinia.
In every season and in all weather conditions, it is possible to enjoy a natural dimension that is rich in charm.
The sea dominates with its changing forms, but just beyond the dunes is the enchantment of the ponds, created by the river's wanderings, with their treasures of herbs and birds.
Those who visit Budoni in summer will have their eyes filled with dazzling blues.

The beaches are just a few kilometres away, the closest being Porto Ottiolu beach, known for its white sand.
There are many other famous beaches including Cala Budoni, Baia Sant'Anna, Capo Coda Cavallo, Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Berchida.
