The accommodation

It is a small flat with two bedrooms, one with large double bed and the other with two small beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with a shower, a living room with table for four people and a balcony with a table and chairs, a laundry area.
There is accommodation for 4 people. There is no sleeping space in the living room. We provide sheets and towels, and blankets if necessary.

We can accept a small/ medium size dog but you have to tell us in advance and accept responsibility for damage or dirtiness.

Off season, we can offer autum or winter special prices for long stays. The winter is very mild and sunny in this area.

Setting

The appartment it is located in a quiet street with no shops or bars. The building is well-kept all the year long but it is used mostly for holidays. Some poeple live there permanently, though. Most residents are families or elderly people. Respect for siesta and night sleep is a rule in the building as well as keeping the commom areas tidy.
The beach is 200 metres on foot and you can see it and smell it from the balcony.
There is a path starting near the building at the end of the beach that goes to the nudist beach and to the light-house. It is nice and safe, but be very careful for small children.
There are three airports with international flights. Almería and Granada airports , both 100 kms away are small and very convenient. Check flights coming from your city.
Malaga Airport has connections with almost all big cities in Europe. It is 116 kms away. There is a daily bus service to Motril Bus Station.

Activities and attractions

There is a diving school BUBBLES in the village with activities for adults and children.
In the seafront promenade you can have very nice restaurants, ice-cream shops, patisseries, pizza, and bars.
AS for excursions, The Alhambra is 75 kms away, The Nerja Caves are 57 kms away, Sieera Nevada ski resots and summits are 110 km. away.
